Fleet vehicle graphic/decal orders can be placed as follows:
1) Complete the order form with your company info, stating quantities and part numbers needed.
2) If you do not get a phone or email confirmation in 48 hours, call Customer Service at 502-491-2300.
3) All orders are pre-paid. Once your order is received we will invoice you for the total amount. Orders can be paid by e-check or credit card.
4) All vehicles in the order form reflect pricing and design of Transits. If you have a vehicle different from a Transit, please contact Customer Service at 502-491-2300 for a custom estimate.
Do not include the completed credit card form in any email communications.
